I've been indulging in homemade protein bowls & salads inspired by Goatocado. Sometimes (VERY RARELY) I get sick of just adding sriracha so I got creative.
Green goddess dressing seems to be everywhere lately. This is perfect for salads, protein bowls or simply dipping with cucumbers and tomatoes.
•2 green onions
•1/2 green jalapeno pepper
•2/3 cup siggis plain yogurt
•1/2 cup of cilantro
•Juice from 1 lime
•1/3 cup of coconut oil or olive oil (olive oil will make better for salad dressing while coconut oil will make it thicker)
•1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
•1 tbsp. of organic honey
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and store in airtight container for up to 1 week
