I have become a little obsessed with butter balls lately. They are so easy to make but also a healthy choice of snacks during a busy week. I'm excited to have added a few new products that made big differences in the taste and nutrition.
Learn more about the BENEFITS of:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a food process. Process until completely combined and thin.
2. Add sunflower butter, dates and vanilla extract then process until a as smooth as possible. If the mixture is falling apart a little, that's okay... it should be a little tough to roll together. You can always add more sunflower butter if necessary.
3. Take a spoon and round mixture into 20 small balls with hands. Sprinkle with cinnamon & cacao powder.
4. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
