This chili is a staple in my household. It's easy, HEALTHY & most importantly, delicious. The nutrition facts are unreal and the ingredients can be changed up as much as you want.
Nutrition (1 cup): Cals 220 | Carbs 28 | Protein 21 | Fat 3 Ingredients: •1 onion chopped •1 jalapeno chopped •1 can black beans, drained •1 can kidney beans, drained •1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce •10 oz package frozen corn kernels •2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes w/ chilies •4 oz can chopped green chili peppers •1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning •tbsp. cumin •1 tbsp. chili powder • 24 oz (3) boneless skinless chicken breasts •1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients into crockpot and mix well 2. Nestle chicken in under ingredients to completely cover 3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours 4. Remove chicken from crockpot half-hour before serving and shred then add back to pot 5. Garnish with low-fat sour cream, diced onions, cilantro, cheese & sriracha
