I've never been a huge fan of overnight oats or oatmeal because of the texture but I wanted to give it another whirl. Damn, I'm glad that I did. These overnight oats were the perfect amount of sweetness to get my morning going and SO EASY!
•1/3c Siggi's plan yogurt
•1/2c oats (I use Bakery On Main GF quick oats)
•1 tbsp Salba Chia seeds
•1/3c unsweetened almond milk
•1 tbsp Barney Butter
•1 tbsp Navitas Naturals cacao powder
•1 tsp maple syrup
•dash of cinnamon
*Topped w/ GoMacro mini bar
1. Mix all ingredients besides GoMacro bar in a jar with a secure lid. Put into fridge overnight and ENJOY in the AM. Should only take 4 hours in the fridge to prepare.
